Nasik-Shirdi-Aurangabad-Ellora-Ajanta-Bhusaval Tour

I am planning to visit the above places.
I will be reaching Nasik on 25th Dec night by train
26th I plan to visit Triambakeshwar and other nearby places (any advise please)
26 evening I plan to reach Shirdi.
27 Shirdi temple and Shani Shinganapur
27 Evening reach Aurangabad
28 Aurangabad, Daulatabad
29 Ellora
30 Ajanta
30 Night reach Bhusaval to catch late night train.

Is the above plan OK. Please advise me about the other interesting places to visit.

I plan to cover this journey by road. Can you suggest good taxi service (we are four) who will cover the entire journey, i.e., pickup from Nashik to drop at Bhusaval. Also please advise about the hotels (Rs. 1000 - 2000/-)at Nashik, Shirdi, and Aurangabad.

Shirdi - Aurangabad is 5 hours journey, and Shani Singapur journey will also take at least 4 hours.

So your schedule on 27th seems very tight. You'll have to have darshans by 10 AM so that you can go & return from Shani Singnapur by 2-3 PM. Only then you can think of reaching Aurangabad by 8 PM.

You can cover Aurangabad, Daultabad as well as Ellora caves in one single day.

You are right I now plan to reach Aurangabad on 28th and 28th and 29th I am keeping for Aurangabad, Daulatabad, and Ellora.

You have planned a heavenly tour; it's beautiful in that whole belt Nasik-Shirdi-Aurangabad.

One thing to note is that there is a museum called Gargoti Museum, the only museum in the world of it's kind that has crystals. It's off Nashik-Shirdi route in Sinnar.

Any tips about hotel at Aurangabad and Taxi from Nashik?
Will it be good to hire taxi at Nashik itself and cover the itinerary and leave it at Bhusaval OR any other alternative? Please advise.

Hi, I plan to visit shirdi in the 3rd week of october'12.from kolkata.I prefer to travel upyo Nasik by train and then by volvo bus,if available or by rented car. please help me to guide about the transport sa well sa add the other places to visit. The total tour will be 8days including to and fro railway travelling.
