My Aged Parents on a Buddhist Circuit Tour?

Dear IMrs

My parents (aged 65 +) are coming to visit me in Delhi from Dec 30th to Jan. 13th. While I will be able to take a week off from work to take them to Ajanta and Ellora, they would like to also visit the Buddhist Circuit in Bihar.

They would most likely be traveling between Jan 7th and returning to Delhi on the 11th (5 days). Since I can't accompany them, I'm searching for a good and experienced tour company that offers a 5 day tour package.

My parents are budgeting approximately 100 USD a day for both of them for all their travel, accommodations, food and admission costs.

Can anyone recommend a company that they have traveled with to visit the Buddhist sites?

Thank you in advance,

-t

potala tours & travel?

Following up on this thread, I consulted the LP guides Bihar/Jharkhand section which recommended Potala Tours & Travels. (www.potalatours.com). Has anyone used their services before?

Bump

I'm bumping this thread up again, since no-one so far seems to be able to recommend a reliable tour operator for the Buddhist circuit.

I've heard that Potala Tours & Travel are reputable, but I have no first hand experience of them.

Thank you for the input Dzibead. Potala is listed in the Bihar section in the LP guide, and that's the only reason why I've mentioned them. But I would be curious if anyone has taken a tour with them?

It would be great to be able to have some recommendations from people who have tried a tour group to some of the Buddhist pilgrimage sites in Bihar.
