Mutria?

Hi there,could anyone tell me if they have heard of a place called MUTRIA,that is were my father was born i am not sure what state it is?i have been trying to google it but not had any luck.

There may be many places with similar (even similar phonetically) names in India.

Any other information? Which part of India? what languages spoken there? size of place, etc?

MUTRIA...Diasal, India is a very large country and if its a small village then it would be difficult to locate but as Capt said if you could tell us about the native language of your FATHER....then perhaps it would help.

800,000 villages and innumerable hamlets. However, my brother in law found his ancestral home, generations removed. It was a very emotional experience for him..
