| Mumbai - Rajasthan - Delhi itinerary (two weeks) Hi, I'm going on a honeymoon in a few weeks, and I would like some feedback on the itinerary I've sketched out. We're novice travelers and would like to keep a pace that isn't hectic, so feel free to give suggestions on how to make the itinerary more succinct. Details on how best to travel between places would be appreciated. On a side note, what happens to one's luggage during camel safaris? Are they lugged along on a third camel or is there an alternative way of safekeeping? Day 1 : Arrive in Mumbai in the evening Day 2 : Mumbai Day 3 : Take late afternoon flight from Mumbai to Udaipur Day 4 : Udaipur Day 5 : Udaipur Day 6 : Take taxi from Udaipur to Jodhpur Day 7 : Take train from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer Day 8 : Jaisalmer Day 9 : Jaisalmer camel safari Day 10 : Jaisalmer camel safari Day 11 : Jaisalmer to Agra (or straight to Delhi with day trip to Agra the next day) Day 12 : Agra to Delhi Day 13 : Delhi Day 14 : Delhi Day 15 : Take late evening flight out of Delhi |
