| Mumbai- Manali Hi, I want to travel from mumbai into manali. Can anyone recomend a route that i could take? Are there any ways to get to manali without going through delhi, at least without too much difficulty? any help would be much appreciated. -alana |

| How do you plan to travel - Combination of Rail, Bus, Air, Car ??? From Mumbai you can either fly to Chandigarh & take a Bus from Chandigarh, or you can take a train upto Ambala & take a Bus for Manali from Ambala or Chandigarh(approx 400 kms). |

| OR the train Take the Pashchim Express train from Bandra Terminus direct to Chandigarh... then bus it out.

| i just arrived in mumbai, its so crazy here.. hehe.. would really love to make it up to manali, but was unsure about how intense it would be in delhi.... i will probably get use to the crazy stuff.. good to hear there is a train to catch where i dont have to change to a bus and weave through crowds of people with my house on my back. |

| Well, it is crazy out here all over India!!! Now just pick the craziest places and go there!!! I am sure you will enjoy it all whether it is monsoon or not!!!
