Mumbai /Goa 1 week

Hi

I'm a 1st time user the site is great very imformative.

We're doing a 10 day tour of northern india starting and finishing from Delhi. We have one full day and night in Delhi we were then thinking of spending another night there as I'm thinking there's alot to see?

After that we have 6 nights to ourselves, we fly home out of Mumbai. Plan so far is to fly from Delhi to Goa spend a few nights there and then head to Mumbai either by train or fly. I'm thinking of 4 days & nights in Goa possibly 1 less if we do the overnight train to Mumbai then 2 days & 1 night in Mumbai does this sound like a good split or do you think we should spend more time in Mumbai and less in Goa or vice versa?

Do you want to go to Goa for beach or for sightseeing - if sightseeing - then two days is probably enough there - I think there si more than one night two day's worth of sightseeing in Mumbay and would stay there longer.
