Mumbai Delhi all in 9 days

Hi there! Need your gd advice for our 1st trip to India fm 11 to the 20th Feb.
We are planning to visit Mumbai & Delhi within 9 days one of which will include visiting a friend in Pune for 1 to 2 days.

Here's what we planned:

11 -arrive Mumbai at 22Hr chk in hotel
12 to 13- free easy (any ideas what's best to visit)
13 aftnoon- travel to Pune by Bus /car (meet friend)
14- whole day Pune
15-flight to Delhi morning flight
15-arrive aftnoon
any ideas for how to go at the Golden Triangle and what's the typical cost for such tour
20-return to Singapore
