Mumbai - Delhi - Agra - Goa

Hi

I would like to travel from Mumbai to Delhi (via plane) early morning then catch a train from Delhi to Agra (about 2pm on the same day) arrive in Agra, check into a hotel and do a (very quick) tour - Red Fort etc. Dinner overlooking the Taj and up early to see the Taj at sunrise. Train to Delhi about 11am (or earlier?)then flight from Delhi to Goa on the same day (about 4.30/5pm) (!)

Is this possible? I've checked the flight times/train times and the schedules do seem to match my only concern is the return journey from Agra to Delhi airport - does anyone know how long it would take by taxi to the domestic terminal?

Does the above sound completely unrealistic? (Time is limited unfortunately)

Safe bet would be to keep 5-7 hours on hand..

Trains can be very unpredictable in India, especially the north. Doesn't look like you'll be staying in Delhi too long? Why is that?
