LEH / LADAKH, 26 Aug - 2 Sep (8 days)

Hey guys, I'm planning for a trip to Leh/Ladakh on the mentioned dates above. I'm travelling alone and would like to do some homestays, monasteries visiting, trekking, photography around leh/ladakh. Pace would be rather slow and chill. Key agenda is to meet like-minded people and get costs savings at the same time.

I'm in advertising; into photography, sports, diving, travel. Do well alone and in groups, adaptable and independent. Drop me a message if you're keen.

Tentative itinerary:

26 Aug: Arrive at 0630h; Acclimisation in Leh
27 Aug: Monasteries Tour - Shey Palace, Thiksey, Hemis Gompa, Sindhu Ghat & Stok Palace
28 Aug: Pangong Lake through Changla Pass
29 Aug: Nubra Valley through Khardung La, visit to villages and Ladakhi homes
30 Aug: Nubra Valley - Bacterian camel riding, sand dunes, Diskit
31 Aug: Sham Valley - River Indus on Leh, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Magnetic hill, Likir monastery, Tingmosgang or Uletokpo, check into a Fixed Camp, Ridzong monastery
1 Sep: - Lamayuru monastery, Alchi Gompa, Basgo, Leh festival (maybe)
2 Sep: Depart at 1020h

Itinerary is tentative and I'm open to changes. Suggestions welcomed.

Suggest read simmilar itineraries. You should be able to fine tune it based on them.

few quick points.

- Try to do 31 Aug on day 2
- Do Nubra before Pangong Tso

I also did not get how you transitioned from 28th Pangong tso to 29 Nubra.

You will need a night stay @ pangong tso and I would not advice going from nubra to pangong tso in one go. Take a halt in leh.
