Kolkata to Darejeeling by Bangladesh
Due to recent turmoil in Mumbai I've had to quickly change my plans for travelling. Which means I haven't had as much time to plan this part of my trip as I would have liked.
Is it possible to get to Darjeeling thru Bangladesh from Kolkata? Where are the border crossings over land? I was thinking I'd spend about a week doing it. I'll be backpacking and will be tavelling by the cheapest means possible. Are there trains that go thry Bangladesh or would it be better to travel by buses? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks |
