Kolkata to Agra during weekend

I am trying to put together a weekend trip from Kolkata to Agra and seeking advice on transporation. Is it possible to fit this journey in using trains or will a combination of train a flights be necessary. My goal is to visit the Taj Mahal and still be able to be back in the office on Monday. So far I'm unable to find any direct flights or train. Thank you for any suggestions. Budget is less of a concern than tight timing.

This day you can see Taj in evening during sunset.

next day you may see Taj again at sunrise and may take the 1:10 Pm flight back to Delhi from where you can take Kolkata flight at 6:05 PM which will transport you back to Kolkata at 8:15 PM. Approx air fare will be around 16,000/-

If you can fly out on Friday night, then you may do Delhi-Agra-Delhi in train and Kolkata-Delhi-kolkata by air.
