Kochi-Alleppey-Kalpetta-Mysore-Hampi-Bangalore

Hello together,

what do you think about our route?
we've never been to india before.

Feb. 14: flight mumbai to kochi (arrival 10.55) further to
alleppey
15. alleppey/backwaters
16. alleppey/backwaters
17. drive to fort kochi
18. fort kochi
19. kochi->calicut
20. calicut->kalpetta
21. kalpetta
22. kalpetta
23. kalpetta->mysore
24. mysore
25. mysore->hospte->hampi
26. hampi
27. hampi->in the evening drive to bangalore
28. bangalore: flight back to mumbai at 10.05

do you think this is possible by train and bus?
is it too stressful?
can you recommend any beach-stay during our trip that fits in our
schedule?

thank you very much for your help and suggestions

carmen and stefan

Crikey, are you german or what?.
It looks fine.
Kochi is on the beach so that's your beach bit booked in.
But like I said, you may want to change your mind.
You may get tired and want to relax for an extra day.
Many things can happen to change your itinerary.
So, it looks fine. A good plan, just stay loose and go with what happens around you.

hehe,we are germans.
i also wanted to do the joke.

normally i'm a little bit more relaxed.
i know the best would be: look out of the window of the train.
and if you see a nice place,get out of it,.....

the problem is, that we only have 13days
and it's still in the high-season(mid to end of february),
so we thought pre-booking the train,and some accomodations would be better.

I think you are travelling in the lean season and not high season, as all the parents and children will be busy for the examinations but booking the trains and hotels are more sensibly.

And there are also buses everywhere in the South, so you wouldn't have any problems .
