Kerala or/and Sri Lanka?

Hi,girlfriend and i are having 2 weeks away on 21/11.We are looking for culture,wildlife,beaches and scenic train journeys.Is it realistic to have a week in Kerala and a week in Sri Lanka?If not,which of the two would you recommend from your experiences?Many thanks

I have been to Kerela and will definitely recommend it..we spent a week there and touched on wildlife, beaches, culture, mountains, religion, backwater etc...

Its definitely "Gods Own Country"

Great stuff,ive read a lot on Kerala and it sounds that a week maybe ok to do a few different things.Obviously the more time the better!Is Sri Lanka very different to Kerala and would it be worth a week there and a week in Kerala?Is it realistic?Many thanks

Definitely not, but for a scenic train journey and nice relaxed spots I'd definitely recommend Kerala. You may visit sri lanka and perhaps tamil nadu next time (there will be a lot of next times for sure

1 week in Kerala is simply not enough...its just good enough to 'touch' few things !!
