My personal opinion would be Jodhpur. Read an article a couple of days ago All roads lead to Jodhpur

I want at least a day at each location where I don't have to wonder where I'm going to put my luggage before check in or after check out. (I'd welcome advice about this.) Second, I'm a photographer. I tend to shoot in early morning and late evening. I nap and eat during the middle of the day. So I have a mental list of shots I want to get in either morning or evening and I set aside one sunrise or sunset for each.

In the case of Agra, I arrive from Varanasi in the morning but too late to catch sunrise at the Taj. So...sunset #1 Mehtab Bagh, sunrise #1 Taj, sunset #2 Taj/Agra Fort, sunrise #2 Fatepur Sikri. I'll fill in the gaps with Baby Taj, Akbar's Tomb and wandering around.

In the case of Jaipur I don't have that mental list but I am generally aware of any number of sites—seems like quite a few—that would work. I'm also considering a balloon ride, if anyone has feedback on that.
In the case of Agra, be warned that it might be "fog rise"...
It might be the best of times or the worst of times...but it's the only time you've got!

Thanks for all the input, guys. Ultimately, I ended up adding a day to both Jodhpur and Jaisalmer by stealing one from Jaipur.
