| Jaisalmer in May I am taking my first trip to India during the 1st two weeks of May. I will be landing and departing from Delhi. Will it be too hot to visit Jaisalmer for a camel safari ? Thanks. |

| Yes it will be very hot. You'll most likely be travelling by camel in the morning and evening only and stopping for a couple hours (a couple, meaning the better part of the afternoon) during the hottest part of the day. Camel rides in itself are slightly uncomfortable. Adding the heat may be unbearable. Although, during the day is extremely hot, the night cools off significantly. |
