Jaipur - Agra - Varanasi in May-June

I need some advice on if we are attempting too much, I've read quite a bit in this section and think we may be.

I've worked out a rough plan that puts us in Jaipur for three days, leaving at 610am on the fourth for the express train to Agra.

Then the remainder of that day (from 10am ish) is spent in Agra overnight - full day the next day in Agra and leaving on the 2115 train to Varanasi.

I had originally budgeted 3 days in Varanasi and then was going to travel to Delhi and go up to Amrisitar by plane/bus/train for two or three days.

Are we attempting too much??

Should we stay the extra two days in Varanasi or spend some time in Delhi, at present we dont actually have any time scheduled there.


A couple of notes from the first post about what you may need to know about us -
We are two females, photographers, travelling on a medium budget.
Travelling from May 23rd - hitting Jaipur on around 29th May(YES we know its hot but there is a wedding to attend in Bangalore so we cant really change that!).
Have booked trains with in 2A / 3A class for aircon in summer as advised by india mike posts.

The question as such seems a little garbled. I've no idea what time you'll be spending before or after. To skip Delhi as such seems a shame, but it's a city that takes some getting to grips with. Better appreciated on a return visit (even on the same trip) once you know India a little better I feel.

Other than that, the itinerary as such doesn't strike me as undoable no.
