Itinerary help needed - Rajasthan

I first decided I was going to India 3 months ago. Now it's only two weeks until I fly there and I still haven't sorted my route out yet!

I want to go to all the following places, but I only have 10 days. I realise I can't see them all, but I wondered if anyone had a route that I could do that would be reasonably relaxed (ie I want to spend a day or two in each place), and would take in the best places.

I land in Delhi on the evning of 18th September and I must fly from Udaipur to Bombay by 29th September at the latest.

The places I would love to see (in no particular order) are:

Delhi
Agra
Shekhawati Region
Pushkar
Jaipur
Jodhpur
Jaisalmer
Udaipur

I would also ideally like to do a mix of train and car / driver.

I did think that I could do:

Delhi - Agra - Delhi (train)
Delhi - Shekhawati (car)
Shekhawati - Pushkar (Car)
Pushkar - Udaipur (Train from Ajmer)

but these means I am missing out Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer.

Here is a quick itinerary
Delhi - Agra by train - Day 1
Hire a car
Agra - Jaipur Day 2 and 3
Jaipur - Bikaner via Shekhawati Day 4 and 5
Bikaner - Jaisalmer Day 6 and 7
Jaisalmer - Jodhpur Day 8
Jodhpur - Udaipur Day 9 and 10

(You can divide your time according to your interest)

Oh It's all too quick, & I feel not possible in the time given,,,,,,,,,,,,
You're not going to enjoy where you're at, for you'll always be thinking about where you're going to be tomorrow,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I'd suggest Delhi, give it a day at least, You've just travelled 10-12 hrs into a different world. See Agra & the Taj of course, A couple of days in Jaipur,
aver to Jaisalmer & on to Udaipur for a couple of days before going on to Mumba.
Settle for that on this trip, enjoy it, guage the pace of things & come back at a later date & fill in the gaps,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Hmm, I'm not sure about the idea of going from Delhi to Jaisalmer in one session. Isn't it a 24 hour journey?

What is Jaipur like. I've read contrast reports: some describe as polluted with not a lot to see, others have said it is romantic "old" India.
