Is My Itinerary Going To Ruin My Trip??

Hi Guys. I have come up with an amended itinerary which i feel to be quite feesable. I still need help deciding if i should go south to Kerala or stay north and see rajasthan and varanasi. Anyway, let me know what you think and whether it seems too rushed.

MANALI - 30TH JULY
LEH - 3RD AUGUST
SRINAGAR - 10TH AUGUST
JAMMU - 15TH AUGUST
PATHANKOT - 16TH AUGUST
MCLEOD GANJ - 17TH AUGUST
DARAMSALA - 20TH AUGUST
CHANDIGARGH - 24TH AUGUST
DELHI - 28TH AUGUST
AGRA - 29TH AUGUST
DELHI - 30TH AUGUST
KERALA - 1ST SEPTEMBER
DELHI - 20TH SEPTEMBER
HOME - 22ND SEPTEMBER

There are direct trains (2920 / 8508) from Ambala to Agra
There are direct trains (2626 / 2618) from Agra to Ernakulam
So you could avoid going to Delhi.
