India Itinerary advice
India Itinerary advice
Me and 5 of my friends are going to India for 16 days in August. We decided to stick to the North as many people suggested and came up with the following itinerary:
We land in mumbai on the 19th August and are going to fly out to Dharamsala straight away. Going to spend 2-3 days there, then head down to Rishikesh (or Manali haven't decided yet) and spend a further 2 days there before heading to Agra for the day to see the Taj. After Agra we hope to go to Pushkar for a day or 2, then Jaisalmer for 2 days after which we will head to Jodhpur for 2 days and finishing in Udaipur 1-2 days, we will then fly or get a train to Mumbai (depending on how much time we have left).
Do you think this itinerary is doable??
And also I wanted to know if Night trains are available for the trips we are going to make?
Thanks in advance,
Nick
