India in 3 days...need help with 8 day itinerary

On extremely short notice, I will be arriving in Delhi on the 22nd (thursday) at 5:30 pm.

I am a 23 year old male traveling alone.

I will be in India until the 30th (flight leaves 5:30 am from Delhi).

The current itinerary I have constructed from viewing several sites and threads, let me know what you think.

22nd: Arrive 17:30 Delhi, take 20:00 flight to Jaipur. Stay in hotel in Jaipur.

23: Tour Jaipur; stay night in Jaipur
24: Get to Ranthambore by train (haven't seen schedule yet) hopefully in time for evening safari (14:30) Stay night around there.
25: Morning Safari; 16:30 train to Agra. Stay night in Agra
26: Sunrise Taj; Agra fort after. Was told to spend as little time in Agra as possible other than those and hopefully will be done with those two sights by noon. Maybe something around Agra or stay in Agra for the rest of the day and take a late train to Delhi.
27: Delhi
28: tour delhi
29: tour delhi
30: Depart 5:30am

I would like to spend less time in Delhi and would prefer any and all advice. Spur of the moment trip so haven't had a chance to plan it.

Issue: Since I arrive in Delhi at 5:30, I won't be able to make the 12 hr train to Udaipur (which departs at 7pm??) so I'd have to fly, and cheapest flight is at 5:30 am the next night. Can i leave my bags in the airport, and if so, what should i do for the next 12 hours? Is it worth it to go into town and what can i do in such a short time period? Not gonna be keen into partying too much as I'm on my own.

further revision. cut out jaipur to make more time in each place and less travel.

I see this train has no availability for tourist, and a waitlist of 10 for general. I can try to get to buy this taktal on the 23rd i presume? If not, any recommendations on how else to get to ranthambore?

Further, from Sawai on Tue the 27th.

And, still the issue of how best to spend the 12 hours I ahve in Delhi (5pm fly in, 5am flight out to Udaipur)
