Hyderabad-delhi-jaipur-agra-shirdi tour

Hi Friends
This is my first posting and first tour with my wife. We have only four days vacation Dec22nd to Dec26. We will fly to delhi and would like to start from there down to Hyderabad by road or rail covering the maximum places using the night journey..can any one please help me to plan my Itenarary...i will be thankful...

you want to cover all these places in 4 days?? impossible!
last year i went from agra to pune by train and it took just about 24 hours, and hyd is further south! there's so much to see in all these places, your plan isn't realistic. why don't u just do delhi-agra-jaipur instead and leave the rest for another time?

Thank you ChocolatNY for your wise suggestion and we will limit our tour to delhi-agra-jaipur but from any of those two places we have to go to hyd.

Can u suggest tour plan for me.

It will be hectic but.....
1. leave Hyd for delhi by late night Indigo flight (I took one around 10:30 pm) at 21 dec night
2. sightsee delhi 22 dec
3. go to agra by train 23-dec. sight seeing agra and fatehpur sikri. If possible leave agra in the evening to go to jaipur (I think its a 5-6 hrs drive - or there may be some train - not sure)
4. 24-25 dec sight seeing jaipur
5. 26 th take a volvo to delhi around 12 noon. you will reach delhi by evening. take a late evening flight out to hyderabad.

I had done this trip (minus the agra portion) around 15th august in 2006.

yes, what nayan has suggested sounds good. in agra, you'll see Taj and Agra Fort. plus Fatehpur Sikri which comes in the way.

there is plenty to see in hyd also, golconda fort, charminar, chowmahalla, i really enjoyed salarjung nizam's jewellery exhibition as well. and don't forget food tourism in hyd esp if you eat meat.
