How to get from Kalpetta to Madurai?
Hi,
Does anyone know the easiest mode of transport from which to get from Kalpetta to Madurai? Is it best to head for Calicut first? Is it easier to get the bus or train or even a driver? Katiee |

Hi Katiee,
From Kalpetta, you need to get bus to Mysore [ 3 Hours Travelling time] [ Calicut - Mysore , Kalpetta-Mysore , Calicut- Bangalore buses] --> scenic way for 1/2 the journey ! --> You May even hire a cab for this circuit for Max.Comfort and to enjoy the Scenery!! From Mysore, you can board Train #6732 [Dep @Mysore Jn 18:00 Hrs Arr @Madurai Jn:07:20 Hrs] and that's the comfortable option ! Velu Last edited by pmvelu : Sep 15th, 2009 at 12:09. |
