Question Honeymoon in July

I am looking for options for Honeymoon in July.. I am a bit worried about the rain and the heat.. As usual the requirement is to not to go around and enjoy the place, but to enjoy the company

Here is what I have shortlisted:
1. Goa - Love the place.. Its gonna be hot, but will be better near beach side... The question is whether heat will be bearable..
2. Kerala - Heard that the backwaters are really good in monsoon...
3. Andaman n Nicobar / Lakshadweep - Places looks lovely - but people tell me about heat and rain.. all the time like 20 out of 30 days.. too much
4. Ladakh - Its only place in India where there won't be heat or rain - but scarcity of oxygen - who want to go on a honeymoon trip where you have breathing problems...

Help out choose one of these based on your experiences.. Or just suggest a good place..

i would suggest kerala. you will certainly see rain, but it would be more of the romantic kind as the major downpour is over in june. even if it rains, spending it on a luxury boat is better than in a hotel room...

I agree with paramiyer & will also vote for Kerala especially backwaters.

Athirapally waterfalls will also be worth visiting during monsoons & if you have the budget then staying at this place will be the highlight of your honeymoon.

Well in this budget you can def. go for Rainforest Resort at Athirapally. Two nights would be ideal at this place. One night you can opt to stay in house boat. After that either you take Munnar or Wayanad. If you are going to Munnar you can stay one night at Carmelia Haven in their tree house. it is on the way to Munnar. If you can stretch up to 10 days then you can add one beach resort in your itinerary. One more place I can recommend for staying is Coconut Island near Guruvayoor. It's an exclusive island with only one room. Not very luxurious but worth experiencing.

You can consider Shillong & CHerrapunjee. A Honeymoon in the rains sounds romantic.
