dear freinds,

i plan to go on a long holiday for 12 to 15 days in may, 2008.
as i would be driving myself from & to delhi i need some advise on the route which i should follow :-

option 1
1. delhi to shimla
2. shimla to manali (how are the road conditions)
3. manali to mcleodganj (how are the road conditions)
4. mcleodganj to dalhouise (how are the road conditions)
5. dalhousie to amrtisar
6. amritsar to chandigarh
7. chandigarh to delhi

option 2
1. delhi to shimla
2. shimla to amritsar
3. amritsar to dalhousie
4. dalhousie to mcleodganj
5. mcleodganj to chandigarh
6. chandigarh to delhi

also which car should i take wagan-r, or esteem or zen estilo.
