help needed with itinerary: Del/Agra, Rajasthan, Goa, Hampi in 3 weeks?

Hi Everyone,

We are planning our first trip to India, and are trying to schedule Del/Agra, Rajasthan, Goa, and Hampi in 3 weeks. I would really appreciate some advice on the itinerary below. Especially on Rajasthan part of the trip. I don`t have information on the time required to cover these distances and that is the problem.

I am wondering: maybe skip Mumbai and do the circle in Rajasthan? We could than save two more days for Rajasthan and fly from Udajpur / Jaipur to Goa directly.

26/02 fly into delhi- overnight delhi
27/02 morning train to agra, evening train to Jaipur/Jodhpur????
28/02 Rajasthan hiring a car
29/02 Rajasthan drive to Bundi???
01/03 Rajasthan Udajpur???
02/03 Rajasthan Udaipur – Mumbai 2 pm flight to Mumbai
03/03 overnight train to Goa
04/03 Goa
05/03 Goa
06/03 Goa
07/03 2 pm train to Hampi
08/03 Hampi
09/03 Hampi
10/03 2 pm train to Goa
11/03 Goa
12/03 evening flight to Delhi
13/03 Delhi
14/03 depart Delhi at 10 am

02/03 Rajasthan still in Pushkar or Ajmer
03/03 Arrive in Udaipur
04/03 fly to Goa

07/03 2 pm train to Hampi
08/03 Hampi
09/03 Hampi
10/03 2 pm train to Goa
11/03 Goa
12/03 evening flight to Delhi

Vinayverma, thank you very much for your reply to my post.
OK, so I`m gonna skip Mumbai...but some questions came along with your option:-)
1.I check flights and I think it is cheaper and there are more possibilities to fly from Jaipur to Goa, not from Udaipur, so maybe I should end up in Jaipur (doing a tour in Rajasthan?)
2. What`s the best way to go to Bundi from Agra?
3. I don`t think I want to visit Pushkar at all. I would rather spend more time in a different place, for example in Udajpur.

What do you think?

Here's a quick alternative as the Udaipur-Goa flights don't work, the connections are all wrong.

03/03 Early taxi to Bundi
04/03 Bundi, then overnight train to Goa (Kota 15:40, Madgaon 12:25)

09/03 morning train to Hampi (arr Hospet 15:10)
10/03 Hampi
11/03 Hampi then overnight train to Bangalore. Hospet 19.55, Bangalore 06.10

If the Kota-Madgaon train is too long a journey, the Rajasthan bit could maybe be turned around to end in Jaipur for a 10:40 direct flight to Goa.
