help me plan my trip

hello guyz...i needed some info for visiting manali from delhi this new year..i will b trvelling on the first week of jan n hav a few queries regardin that..

1 hows gonna the weather b there at the first week of jan..i hav heard that rohtng will remain closed..will i b able to c a few places out there..or most of them will remain closed..will it b snowing there.

2 if i take a non ac bus(jus for the cost considerations) instead of a volvo..r they safe nough..i heard few bad xperiences regardin that..n do the buses halt somewhere overnight?? anyhow from where in delhi can i get the buses.

3 do i need to book the hotels in a advance or thats not a problem..can u kindly suggest me a few good honeymoon hotels out there if u remember ny in specific..

It will definitely be very cold. Winter has set in early this year. Rohtang pass will be closed.
Lots of people regularly travel by these non ac ordinary buses. In January even Delhi will be very cold. Travelling overnight in a non-ac bus may not be comfortable.
