| Heading to S. India tommorrow - any last minute advice? Well its 9.30pm here in the UK and im travelling down to London tommorrow afternoon for my flight to Kochi, my itenerary as best as i can figure (although ill be amazed if we stick to it) is as follows - Arrive Kochi Fort Kochi/Kerela Backwaters -3/4 days Bus/Train to Munnar 1 day Munnar 2 days Bus/Train to Mettupalayam, train to Coondoor, train to Ooty Ooty to Mysore Mysore to Mangalore Mangalore to Gokarna Gokarna to Goa Goa to Hampi and back To Goa to fly home Does anyone have any last minute advice - anything useful to take, places to see, things to watch for - anything that i might find usefull? If so please feel free to post and ill check it out tomorrow morning before i go - if not then next time i post it will be giving others advice from what i learnt over there! Thanks in advance. |

| I've never yet been to Munnar, but I've gathered that it has Kerala's charm, whereas Ooty... err... doesn't. |
