A decent travel agent should be able to help you out with just what you want. These non-ordinary flights are not at all easy to put together yourself over the web. I'd personally compare a few such agents and what they have to offer, over the phone maybe, then finalize with one of my choice, preferably in the flesh (could be handled by phone though. I just live in a big city, so it's no problem for me to go over to one or several in person. The great advantage of a live situation I still find is that together you may come up with options and alternatives that may not be so readily thought of over more impersonal connections.)

But it should be very much possible, sure, why not.

nb An open-jaw ticket just refers to leaving from another airport than where you landed. It wouldn't allow you to fly around India, per se, no. Any intermediate flights or other forms of travel would have to be separately arranged; or you could look into an air pass or so, depending on your needs and wishes.

Send a message via Yahoo to baba420
sometimes domestic airlines will let thier international travellers check in two baggages if the traveller is taking a domestic connection on the same day of arrival in the country, but in india you can bribe and get the work done,

Why can't you just do a 2 month return London - Goa, and also a 3 week return within the former time frame from Goa - Sydney. You should be able to do that over internet. Unless India visas are not multiple-entry visas. I don't know about that but someone else will. I will be doing something similar next year ... Hopefully with 4 return tickets all folded within each other. Good luck.

I would second macadinha's approach....

Why dont you try something like this eg.,. London - Mumbai - Sydney and return.....?

Buy tickets that would allow you to stop over on both legs of the journey.....

I would suggest you approach an airline like jet or Qantas and they have tieups between them as well.

Of course, you would need to take care of getting to Goa and back.

I am not aware of visa related rules.

The air ticket part of it is definitely doable and yours is not a case of an open jaw. An open jaw is a scenario where you are entering one country and departing from another country - to the best of my knowledge.

Try expedia.com and click on Instead of round trip Click on "Multiple Destinations". you would see you can enter three flights. After third flight there is a link to include more flights. You can enter 5 flights.

Now, key in your itinerary and you would get both the roundtrips in a single Ticket.
Also get the ticket price from expedia.
