First time Rajasthan 2 weeks Nov
First time Rajasthan 2 weeks Nov
Hi. We're going to Rajasthan for the first time this November. I'm a keen traveller, so have done my research, but nothing beats the advice of people who've been there, done that, so I'd appreciate any feedback on our itinerary below:
>5/11/05
>Arrive Delhi midday (1 night at Park Hotel)
>6/11
>Delhi to Nawalgarh (2 nights at Apani Dhani Eco Lodge)
>8/11
>Nawalgarh to Jaipur (2 nights at Umaid Bhawan)
>10/11
>Jaipur to Ranthambhore National Park (3 nights at Ranthambhore Bagh)
>13/11
>Ranthambhore to Bundi (2 nights at Haveli Braj Bhushanjee)
>15/11
>Bundi to Udaipur (2 nights at Kankarwa Haveli)
>17/11
>Udaipur to Bharatpur (1 night at Chandra Mahal Haveli)
>18/11
>Agra (1 night at Hotel Sheela)
>19/11
>Neemrana (1 night at Neemrana Fort)
>20/11
>Neemrana to Delhi. Fly back to UK
We will hopefully have a driver from Delhi-Nawalgarh, then again from Ranthambhore-Bundi-Udaipur-Bharatpur-Agra-Neemrana-Delhi, but will be getting the train between Nawalgarh-Jaipur-Ranthambhore. Any thoughts?

I think you should try and factor in Jaisalmer via Jodhpur.
Neemrana is very expensive for what it is. There is only the hotle / fort and nothing else of interest. We looked at it, and though the time, money anbd experience would be much better spent elsewhere. The cost of 1 night at Neemrana for both of us was equal to several nights elsewhere.
