east or west india??

Namaste everybody,
next december going back to india for my second time, arriving in dehli and then sure i wanna visit again hampi and gokarna. out of that, i am trying to "decide" where to go...(3 months)
plan a
dehli - gurajat - gokarna - hampi - mysore - back to dehli - amritsar - varanasi - back to dehli

plan b
dehli - varanasi - area of west bengala (getting ideas readings the forum)- mysore - hampi - gokarna - dehli - amritsar

in both cases including rajasthan if i don't stop too long in ashrams during the staying.
Any ideas and suggestions on the itinerary and how to move are more than welcomed, and thanks to all for sharing your experience, i am also reading your forums

Also, anybody knows how much is the fare from dehli airport to pahar ganj?

I guess plan b) would be the more convoluted trip, with the more lengthy journeys to make inbetween.

Then again in three months and if you're up for it, sure, it's just you who'll have to decide, looks both nice.

Other than that, no concrete advice at this stage; maybe if you throw in some more concrete questions yourself; maybe a few more details (it doesn't need to be a full essay) on where you've been before, and what you're looking for or expect this time. Try also this thread for some tips (you don't need to follow that exact scheme) on how to present your questions in order to get the better responses: How to get the most out of the Itinerary section.

And welcome to IndiaMike, btw.

thanks for the advise, i had the time to see what would be better, so decided to start from bikaner, jaisalmer, jodhpur and spend new year´s eve in daman. after that i´ll head south and come back to jaipur for the elephant festival.
do you know also any interesting ashram for yoga and meditation in rajastan?
