Driving Direction --New Delhi to Khara Pathar

Dear Anup Sir,

Is it possible to even dream about reaching Chanshal Pass in my Santro. I am planning to visit Khara pathar some where end of next wk.
Have two days only but dont mind in driving in most of it.

Puneet, by all accounts the road to Chanshal Pass is not such a nightmare it once used to be!
If an M&M pickup can go, so can a Santro! Of course, to a large extent, it's the nut behind the wheel that matters! The weather decides the rest!

I don't see how you plan to do it in two days! Day 1 you'll reach Rohru. Next morning you'll make your bid for Chanshal. Earliest you'll be done will be past noon.
Then drive through to Delhi?!

What If I leave early from the hotel to Chanshal Pass(5.30AM to 6:00AM types).

How mush time will it take for Rohru-Chanshal Pass-Rohru ???

Hey, Puneet, I haven't done it!
It's my guess that five to six hours should cover it unless you decide to go to Dodra or Kwar!
