Driver recommendations

Hi,
I know this is a bit of a cop-out but we are about to start a trek and don't have much time between power cuts to search this forum.
Does anyone have any recommendations and prices for a driver for about 10 days from Delhi around the Golden Triangle and a few other spots? We went to a couple of places in Delhi and got the feeling we were being ripped off, but had nothing to base it on.
Any personal recommendations would be fantastic.

and what about the car ? you want to rent the car or just the driver ?

Secondly how much the companies in Delhi asked for ?

If you are looking for car/driver, expect to pay around rp8 per km. for an older style car and more for either a newer car or an AC vehicle.
