Does anyone know how the road to Coorg is?
Hello All,
I am planning to go to Coorg next weekend (Sep20...) from Bangalore. Is the road from Suntikoppa good to drive now (after the monsoons) or is it scary?  Thanks in advance, Rajiv |

Road is Fantastic from Bangalore to Kushal Nagara followed by Average to Poor roads until suntikoppa followed by Poor to Average roads until Madikeri. [ Just do not get down from the road from suntikoppa onwards as there are Mega-holes on the sides of the road at quite a few places]
Shortest route is : Bangalore-Mandya-Shrirangapatna-[Take Right in Ranganathittu BS road]- Straight[ Avoid taking the other right again after 4 kms]-Elivala-Hunsur-Kushal Nagara-SuntiKoppa-Madikeri ! This way you will save few kms and travelling time and also will bypass Mysore ! Velu |
