Dodital-Yamunotri Trek.
Hello everyone,
I need advice on this trek. I am planning to do it along with my wife and 4yr old kid. I intend to hire a horse/pony for my kid so she could hop on whenever she feels tired. I need to know if there are enough dhabas along this route so that we could camp in these dhabas instead of pitching tents or even carrying them. I prefer to travel light and I am keen not to carry tents and rations. My guess is till the Dodital from Sangam chatti, should not be a problem. However the stretch from Dodital to Hanuman chatti via Darwa Pass could have no dhabas route. And thats my fear. Therefore should I carry tents & rations? I would love to hear from anyone who has been there. We have scheduled to start this trek on 30th June this month. Thanks and regards Mohan Delhi |
