Delhi to Leh and back intinerary help

Hi Everybody,
So, my wife and I finally booked our flight to India: Arrive in Delhi on June 10th and fly back to Canada on July 11th. We got vaccinated for Hep A, hep B, typhoid, polio.. the whole lot. I've come to to ask for suggestions on an intinerary. We're both 29 yrs old, I'm of Indian decent, and my wife of scottish.
I have family in Delhi that we will be staying for the first 5-6 days (we're planning on doing the daytrip to agra) then head to Rishikesh(will be doing the Gaumukh trek). After that it's pretty open. So, any suggestions/addvice would be appreciated!
