What to cover (I'm guessing you mean what to see?) - here are the main ones:
- Jodhpur (Maharaja's old fort)
- Jaisalmer (Patwan (and other) Havellis; Jain Temple; the Lake
- Bikaner (Kani Mater (Rat) temple; Jain Temple; Maharaja's Palace
Going Jaisalmer => Bikaner => Delhi is a long haul. You'll need to have a break along the way but I can't recommend anywhere (I've taken the sleeper trains). But I'm sure that someone else will give you some suggestions.
Cheers
Zoltan

I suggest an additional day, if you can spare it, at Jaisalmer. The place deserves a little more attention and you would feel sad leaving it so quickly
Hi
Will It Be Feasible-
Day 1- Delhi-ajmer 389 Kms
Day 2- Ajmer-jodhpur 200 Kms
Day 3- Jodhpur-jaiselmer 308 Kms
Day 4- Jaiselmer
Day 5- Jaiselmer-jodhpur 308 Kms
Day 6- Jodhpur-delhi 589 Kms
Or
It Can Be-
Day 5-jaiselmer-bikaner 333 Kms
Day 6 Bikaner-fatehpur-hissar-delhi 471 Kms
Or
Day 6 Bikaner-fatehpur-jaipur -delhi 579 Kms
I Have Just Search The Net And Made This Tentative Plan.will It Be Too Hectic Or Should I Follow It.
I Have Planned It 5 December To 10 December

Personally, I feel that you are still trying to cram in way too much for such a short period of time.
Given you have 5-6 days only, I would limit the locations and as:
- Delhi => Bikaner.
- Bikaner => Jaisalmer
- Jaisalmer => Jodhpur
- Jodhpur => Delhi.

Mod Note: Shaleen I have moved your post into the Travel Itinerary Forum where it is more appropriate.
Rajasthan and questions about Rajasthan are just as popular as Himachel side of things I think! But this is offtopic.
Back to your driving trip - if you like long drives, then no problem. The roads are excellent where you are going, unless there are recent roadworks that I haven't heard about.
I think Delhi to Bikaner will be an all day drive - when i did this nearly 9 years back we reached Bikaner in the early evening. ( A lot of the time seemed to be getting out of Delhi and 'on the way'!)
Bikaner to Jaisalmer is around 5 hours. Jaisalmer to Jodhpur is 4-5 hours depending if you stop on the way. Jodhpur to Delhi is another all day drive. I think what you should do is put down the driving days, see what is left over and decide how much time you will stay in places. When you have done this post again and let us see what you come up with!

Every cloud has a silver lining!
You could always punch in the details into www.mapmyindia.com - when you request driving instructions, it gives you approximate travel times and the exact route to take.
It's one of my favourite Indian web-sites (after IM of course).

Shaleen - we ask our members to post only in normal, black type without any colour. Mods are the only ones who use colour in the Open Forum, with their blue notes. Please don't do this again. It is actually more difficult to read your post with all those multi-colours. It took me a long time to 'fix' it. I'm sure it took you quite a while to 'do' it, now you needn't worry any longer, and you can write your posts more quickly without the colour!
Your post is very useful, and the itinerary interesting for people who like driving. Some of the times are definitely much longer than what is normal - but are you allowing a lot of time between places for stopping and doing sightseeing on the way? e.g. Jaisalmer to Bikaner is a maximum of 6 hours, with a stop halfway. It will take the 9 hours if you are visiting the Rat Temple.
Jodhpur to Jaisalmer is no more than 5 hours including a stop halfway at say, Manvar Resort, for refreshments, if you go the direct route via Balesar, Dechu. However if you are taking in Osiyan temples then yes, it will take the longer time.
