Delhi - Jaipur - Goa (12 days) ... is this doable?

Wow, couldn't be happier to have found IM and all of the information here.

So, here is the rough itinerary:

Dec 24th - 26th (Delhi)
Dec 26th - 30th (Jaipur)
Dec 30th - Jan 3rd (Goa)
Jan 3rd - Jan 4th (Mumbai ... we fly out of Mumbai which is why it's on the list)

we are pretty flexbile ... plane train or automobile are all options (mixing it up will add to the trip).

Is this do-able? Is there anything we MUST add in or leave out?

First (hopefully not only) trip to India and trying to see a little bit of everything.

Doable, yes.

Advisable, well, I wouldn't do it, its rushed.

If I did it, I would fly from Delhi to Goa.

Keep in mind flights and hotels will be under pressure at that time of the year in Goa.

You can't do that in 12 days, so relax a bit and enjoy.

Seems a pity to miss Hampi, but you don't have the time.

And I would reduce Jaipur to 2 days.

Hi Everyone -

We are planning our first trip to India, and are trying to schedule Del/Agra, Rajasthan, Goa, and Mumbai in 2 weeks.

I'd like recommendations on Rajasthan that will fit the time we have. Right now we are thinking of flying into either Udaipur or Jodhpur and then driving to Jaipur for our flight on the 30th.

Any input would be appreciated!

Here is the itinerary we are building:

Dec 24th - Delhi
Dec 25th - Agra
Dec 26th - Delhi
Dec 27th - **unsure** fly from Delhi to udaipur or Jodhpur
Dec 28th - Rajasthan
Dec 29th - Rajasthan
Dec 30th - Fly from Jaipur to Goa at 11am
Dec 31st - Goa
Jan 1st - Goa
Jan 2nd - Goa
Jan 3rd - fly to Mumbai
Jan 4th - Mumbai
Jan 5th - Fly out of Mumbai home
