Current road condition from Delhi to Jageshwar

Hi,

I am planning to go on a trip near 31st August to Jageshwar Uttrakhand for 3 days from New Delhi by car. Please suggest me best route considering current road conditions, it had rained recently, so please suggest the correct option, if somebody recently travelled to same destination that would be really helpfull. I have below options:
1. Delhi- Moradabad- Rampur- Bazpur- Nainital(via Kaladhungi)-Jageshwar
2. Delhi- Moradabad- Rampur- Haldwani (Via Rudrapur)-Nainital- Jageshwar
3. Delhi- Moradabad- Bazpur (Via tanda Dariyal)-Nainital(via Kaladhungi)-Jageshwar

How is the road condition on each route?
