comments welcome on our itinerary

Hello everybody!!

it's our first official post! the gates of indiamike have been unlocked! yippeee!

We are travelling to northern India for the first time from the 22nd of August till the 4th of October and have planned out this itinerary:

Delhi-2 nights
then Bikaner-jailsalmer-jodphur-udaipur-pushkar-jaipur-agra-varanasi-dharamsala-dehli...

We were wondering also what is the best way to get to Dharamsala from Varanasi. Has anyone done that trip who could offer some advice??


Also, we are curious to see whether or not it makes more sense to go to Dharamsala first and then make our way to rajasthan because of hot weather, or the monsoon?
