Thankyou all for a great response to my earlier query on travelling to Himachal. It would be nice if anybody can suggest any other place in India worth visiting for 12-15 days between November 20 - December 3
Ideally looking at a place which is not very chill and would prefer to relax and rest which is also close to scenic beauty

Between November 20 and December 3, the entire west coast of India and very good.
You can visit Diu, Goa, Karwar, Gokarna, Mangalore, Kerala backwaters...

We are planning a trip to Himalayas in 1st week of November'09. Do pls let know best place for a stay of 2 in safe/clean 4star hotel or equivalent. Are there any other activities which can be encouraged. How about the temperature & what cloths to be carried?
In case, if there is any package for 3nights/4days also to be fine.
