darjeeling : no snow
Kullu/Manali: can find snow on Rohtang Route..
if you want snow in April ..either try Sangla or North Sikkim

vote and rank for the most beautiful and diverse hill station of north india,

choose from hill stations in himachal/up/darjeeling.

give ranks to first three 1.,2.,3.

I suspect Daman or Diu might be the most affordable of the places you mention, if only because it will be less costly to get there, and Diu, I believe, has a range of accommodations to choose from.

I have heard that Port Blair is very expensive; perhaps someone else can confirm that.

I don't think I know of anyone who has been to Daman.

Did you know that we have hotel listings here? They're arranged by state, so you might see what people have recommended while waiting for more response to your messages.

Port Blair is not that expensive and its a good honeymoon destination. I was there in December but April is not the time to be there. You cant step out because of the heat, even in December temperature was around 28 degrees...

Sikkim is a fantastic place, just perfect for April.

Rahul - Just to add, Wildflower is a 'splurge' category ...really lavish. one of the best oberoi has to offer in the country!
