Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty-Kodaikanal 12-15 days (May end)

Hi,
We are family of 5,in which 2 kids are there.We are planning for 12 to 15 days vacation(May end) toward south i.e Bangalore-Mysore-OOty-kodaikanal.By train we will be travelling.Now the Questions are:
1) Are there budget hotels near Bangalore railway station(Cy Jn)?
2) Is kodaikanal nearer than Ooty from mysore?
3) Are there busses from Ooty to Kodaikanal?
4) Is Bangalore nearer to kodaikanal as the return tickets r going to be from Bangalore.?

The Last trip in NOV 07 to Delhi-Agra - Nainitaal was the most successful because of the IMs support and everything detail which was being spoken really helped.I thank everyone from my heart and hope & Pray to support me on this occassion too.

I have stayed several times at Royal Lodge, which is quite close to the City Junction rail station; it is big, clean, has telephones and TVs and hot water at some hours. I can't recall how much I paid -- maybe Rs 350 -- it was a couple of years ago.

We IM will always support and help you on your trips,
1. Their are plenty of hotels near city station, if you tell me your budget i can suggest you some hotels.
2. The distance from mysore to ooty is 155 kms and mysore to kodai is 260 kms.
3. Their are buses from ooty to kodai / mettupalayam.
4. Bangalore to kodai is app 490 kms.
As this is peak season please confirm to hotel and train booking.
