[3 weeks trip in India] is this itinerary possible?

Hello everybody,

This summer my parents my sister and I are planning a trip to India.
We were wondering if this itinerary is possible:


-arrival in Delhi-by train toAgra-Jaipur-and back toDelhi
-Then go by plane from delhi to Mumbay.
-Then go by train to Pune and Goa en stay in Goa for a couple of days. (Do you think it is a good idea to go to Goa at all in the month of August because of the rain?)
-Then take the train to Bangalore and later to Chennai.
We want to fly back from Chennai to Amsterdam.

Do you think this is possible in around 21 days?
Does someone know where we will be able to see tigers in the wild?
