2 week trip from Delhi

I will be in India for 3 weeks in mid-April/May. The first week will be spent in Delhi and Assam. I plan to fly back to Delhi from Guwahati and will then have about 2 weeks free to myself. I was thinking of a trip taking in Chandigarth, Amritsar, Dharamsala/McCloud Ganj, Manali, Shimla, Rishikesh and back to Delhi. Is this possible in 2 weeks?? Please note that i will be able to arrange all the transportation in advance (during the 1st week in Delhi) and i dont plan on doing any large treks (done this before). Any other recomendations are welcome. This is my 2nd trip. Last time i travelled through Delhi, Assam, Calcutta, Mumbai, Rajastan, Varanasi, Goa and Nepal. I was thinking of heading down south (Chennai,Bangalore, Kerala) but i think it will be too hot/humid for me at this time of the year. So looks like north of Delhi could be my best option.
