15 days-Mumbai-Rajastan-Varanasi-Agra-Delhi?

Hi everybody...
this is my first post, and I need some information about my itinerary. I hope when I come back I can help others to plan their itineraries!!!!


We will arrive on 12th September and we will leave from Delhi on 27th.
My planned itinerary was Mumbai (2 days), train to Udaipur, then Jodhpur, maybe going to Jaipur to fly to Varanasi, and train again from there to Delhi+Agra...

We are 2 persons traveling, and we have a medium budget (around 30-40$ per day).

Is it possible in 15 days? Any suggestions on different itineraries easier than this one?

is it 40 $ per person or for 2 ??

you can save a bit of money by taking a train from jaipur to varanasi.

on the way back from varanasi, you should go to agra first and then on to delhi

yes, your suggestions seems good...jaipur to varanasi...

and varanasi to Agra/Delhi by train , I guess.

Any idea of a good hotel in Mumbai, and in the other cities? I have in mind some of them, but I'm not sure of the choose...

yes varanasi to agra/delhi is by train. as for the hotels in mumbai or any other place in india, just look up the hotels section of this forum for reviews. 50$ per day = 2000 indian rupees. yes the 2 of you can be comfortable with that amount of money.
