Post Maps - Mumbai Airport

Hello Hello

Are there any Map posts anywhere?

I was looking through the airport information and thought it would be pretty helpful to see a terminal map. online searching - fruitless.

I am specifically interested in the MUMBAI complex, but I'm sure someone would be interseted in other terminals.
how's about a diagram? (here's international - here's baggage claim - here's the bus stop - here's the prepaid - here's the domestic - here's the lounge...)
.

Hello and Welcome to indiamike.com

I changed the title to attract anyone who may have info.

If there is a map for the airport, I know the member who'll know where to find it, so just wait for the reply.

(will the map show the only place to smoke after check-in?)

Some of the staff in the building didn't even know there was a place, I asked 3, but I soon got my bearings and remembered where the place was.

After check-in, passport control and whatever else, you end up in the departure lounge (if that's what it's called) where you wait to be told what gate to go to.

With the airplanes in front of you, turn to your left and walk right to the end, then turn right, walk almost to the end (not far) and turn left, walk to the end.

You will see the entrance to a restaurant on the left (and I think the entrance to a first class lounge on the right), go into the restaurant, in the far corner you will see a small bar, here you can get drinks, food and you are allowed to smoke.

The best you can get is the view of the Mumbai airport terminal on Google Earth.
But it won't show you the inside of the terminals.
But yes - here's international/domestic etc.
See if you like it.

I did remember seeing it on a website for airports where they did show the basic plans of the airport in a diagram but don't know if it still exists and how accurate it will be now since a lot of the areas in the airport are not the same anymore. If you are coming on any Air India international flight into Mumbai, there is a film on Mumbai called "City of Gold" which has a similar (old) plan drawing of the International Airport showing the gates, customs hall, exit points, etc but it is still not too helpful once you get out of the airplane!!!

Cheers,
Aadil.
