As regards to Cooch Behar..... the actual ground situation is quite different in these Enclaves....
For all practical purpose these enclaves act as the territory of the country in which they lie.....there is no Visa requirement...and absolutely no contact with their respective countries.... However the people who live there can go to respective countries on a transit visa....but they do not need to go there often...the only need they have is the registration and re-registration of their land upon death or sale... The actual ground situation in these places is wonderful...people and authorities are most cooperative...
