i have a recipe for paneer in a cashew nut sauce, that i've made a few times. i'll also make some dosai, coconut chutney and green beans with mustard seeds. a steamer full of basmati rice... a quick trip to my favorite indian bakery for some jelebi and burfi... and i'm set !

ah, you two, huh? my mom felt the need to point this out to me when i last went to india in february, reminding me of house repairs that need done. i said, 'but ma, i got free frequent flier miles, and india is cheap", yet i managed to go way over budget and had to take draws on my credit card towards the last part of my trip...

you may be missing India when you require the freedom.Thats a lovely beach,lets stay a few weeks.To go from town to town ,enjoying the best it has to offer. That looks like an expensive place, lets go in . to be filled with a feeling off awe with some of the magnifisant structures.To sample all the differant foods, smell etc.(some off the smells ain't to good) the suprise whitch comes round the next corner, Oh and that rich and wonderfull religion.
,and of course the finance to enjoy it for an extended period of time.
