Work!!

Hello Guys my girlfriend and I are working our way around the world, we are both TEFL qualified English teachers and have been doing this and other work ( bar work etc ). Would we be able to find any work in Goa I understand the wages will not be top dollar but some money coming in is better than none.

You may find better paying jobs related to "accent neutralization" in Bangalore with Hitech companies or Call centers. The jobs entail teaching Indians who already speak english to speak it like the british, american etc..

there is a huge demand for places at English medium schools in Goa, but I haven't heard of any demand for English English teachers.
teacher's wages are VERY low when you turn it into western curency.
you might get some work tutoring if you advertise in the local papers; like everywhere, parents will do what it takes to help their kids get ahead.
