work permit from ministry of home affairs?
Hi guys,
I have tried to get an employment visa from the Indian Ambassy in Czech, as I will be working for an NGO in India, however they wanted my NGO to be on a special list of employers, who are approved to employ foreign citizens. Eventually, they told me that a written approval from the Ministerty of Home Affairs in Delhi, stating that I am allowed to work for XY Trust, would be sufficient. Does anybody have experience getting such approval? Or would you have any other suggestion to get employment / business visa, if I want to stay and work in India for a couple of years and only plan to come back to Europe once per year for visa renewel?
